What does shipping cost?
How long does shipping usually take?
We currently ship from Japan. By default, your order will be delivered using trackable shipping via the [PROVIDER].
Shipping from Japan to Europe might take up to 21 days. In some cases, shipments might be held by customs in the country of destination, i.e. your shipping address.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to:
- Germany
- France
- Italy
- Spain
We aim to expand our shipping to more countries soon.
Do I have to pay customs?
We aim to keep the purchase experience as hassle free as possible. We make sure that customs are prepaid at the time of shipping with our shipping providers.
How to place an order?
Please follow the instruction below to place your order:
1. Please choose products on the website, add them to the basket and complete your purchase at checkout.
2. We will immediately send you an automatic notification that your order has been processed.
3. Products that are in stock by the moment of purchase will be dispatched within [?] business days since we've received your payment.
Where items are produced?
All items are designed and remade in Japan. We source our Kimonos in Japan as well. To the best of our knowledge and efforts, we try to keep all materials 100% MADE IN JAPAN.

How can I pay for my order?
By default, we accept payment via Credit Card.
In the future, we want to offer other payment processors like PayPal.
Do you accept wire transfers?
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept wire transfers at the moment.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept credit card payments.
Do you accept PayPal?
At the moment, we do not accept PayPal. We want to onboard PayPal in the future.
Return Policy
Questions about returning your items.
How long can I return my items?
Please inform us within 14 days upon receiving your items by writing an email to info@keshiki-gallery.eu
How can I return my purchase?
Please note that all of our items are vintage items that have been remade into a new kind of product. The source material might contain small visible stains or damages. We try to inform you as best as we can about the condition of all of our products.
1. Inform us: Send us an email with your order number to info@keshiki-gallery.eu to inform us you want to return your item.
2. Label the package as a return: We ship from Japan. That means you have to ship back to Japan. In order to clear customs easily without additional costs, make sure of the following:
- Attach a copy of the original invoice onto the package.
- Label the box with "INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER RETURN"
3. Ship the package back: Ship the package back to us to the following address:

- Make sure to use a shipping service that offers tracking.
- Please not that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. We receive back the item: Once we received the items back, we will check their conditions once again. Depending on the returned condition, whether additional custom fees or other processing fees occurred, we will issue a full or partial refund of the items' original purchase price to your original payment method.
Are returns free?
Unfortunately no. Please inform us by writing to info@keshiki-gallery.eu if you want to return an item. We can surely find a solution.
How do I receive my refund?
